Perhaps the single most popular pocket coin routine of all time. A half dollar and large copper coin are placed in a spectator's hands. When the spectator opens their hands, the copper coin has been magically replaced by an ordinary quarter. The copper coin re-appears in an unexpected place. (When I was in Middle School I used to have the copper coin re-appear in the spectators back pocket!
